Property Policies

Reservations are confirmed upon full (100%) payment at the time of booking. 

Free cancellations are permitted up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this period, no refunds will be issued. 

Santa Cruz Movement & Nature House only accepts guests aged 17 and over. 

Pets are not allowed on the property.
